Edgars is a veteran of our Riga office. His longer tenure in this field has given him various loyal regular clients, for whom our Riga colleague is responsible for the procurement and operation of IT equipment. Argo Alaniit

Computer workstation solutions, over 10 years of experience

Argo is the founder of the company, whose desire to provide future clients with quality IT equipment at the best possible price grew out of NB.ee. In addition to the desire to help clients keep costs under control, Argo has always adhered to the principle that we are responsible for the things we have sold (which is why we offer NB.ee a rather small product range). This is the reason why clients NB.ee can turn to us throughout the entire product usage period and why we have in-house technicians.

Currently, Argo's time is indeed going towards the development of our partner company GreenDice, but NB.eehe still manages a couple of larger key clients.

Erik Sokolov

Technical support

Erik is our technical support who often responds to tickets created by clients. Additionally, he assembles orders as needed and is responsible for ensuring they are sent out on time, in the correct configuration, and to the right person. A screwdriver is not foreign to him either, and together with Maksim, they help save clients several hours by making repairs and warranty returns to manufacturers on behalf of our clients.

Maksim Dulin

Technical support

Maksim is skilled with a screwdriver and, unlike otherNB.ee employees, he can speak Russian better than Estonian. We see this skill as a plus and can thus assist people who do not speak Estonian or English very well.

Ragnar Kakk, Tartu I service contract

Supports as needed NB.ee Tartu clients

Ragnar used to work with us full-time, but unfortunately, there wasn't enough activity in the Tartu direction to fill the workload. Now Ragnar helps us when Tartu clients need assistance that requires someone to put their eyes and hands on it.
